Customer Referral Program

We love supporting great work and providing outstanding internet service, and we want to connect with as many businesses as possible. With hundreds of happy customers, we know we're onto something big and we hope you feel it too. We want to shout it from the rooftops and we think giving back to our current customers is a good place to start.

Just fill out the form at referrals.pilotfiber.com/customer and we'll take it from there!

Unfortunately no. This must be a new referral submitted through the form at referrals.pilotfiber.com/customer.

You’ll get a confirmation email so you know the form was successfully submitted in our processing system.We’ll review the form, and then our sales team will reach out to assess service possibilities. It can take a few weeks for the sales and installation processes to begin, so please be patient with the varied nature of activation for each individual customer!

Pro Tip: Make sure you double check your contact info when you submit should we need to reach out with further questions!

After the referred party's service has been active for a month, we will assign a credit to the next invoice in your pay cycle. Boom. It’s that easy.

This credit will be applied to the month of service immediately following the completion of the referred party's first month of active service. The credit cannot be applied to any existing or overdue charges. Think of it like a present you're giving future you.

Yes, the referred company must sign up at either the 100 Mbps, 1,000 Mbps, or 10 Gbps levels.
